Tumi has gained 15 years of experience in Employee Benefits and
specialised in Retirement Fund Consulting, with the top competing
insurers. Her career begun at Sanlam where she specialised in
medical underwriting and later joined the Benefit payments
administrations team. She then moved to Alexander Forbes where
she began her career in Pension Funds consulting and later on
joined Absa Consultants and Actuaries who merged with Simeka
Consultants and Actuaries, where she was employed as an
Associate Consultant for 6 years and also specialised in member
sessions as a facilitator. Thereafter she joined Old Mutual as a Broker
Consultant in August 2022. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce, in
Economics and Risk Management and certificates in Employee
Benefits.

Rampai holds a degree B.com Finance. He has over 14 years
experience In financial services sector. His background is in banking,
stock broking and investment management space. Rampai began
his career at Nedbank wealth and Nedbank group finance where
he had various financial roles. Rampai later joined Momentum
Corporate as an investment specialist and went to stockbroking. He
joined Old Mutual in 2022 as a broker consultant.
